About us

The Division of Administrative Affairs was established to formulate administrative rules related to the University’s projects and assist in carrying out these projects.

Our major functions are:

1. Formulate administrative rules related to the University’s projects.

2. Provide assistance to faculty members, staff, and students to implement the University’s projects.

3. Articulate the budget for supporting the University’s projects.

4. Monitor and supervise the implementation of each project.

5. Implement other administrative matters related to the University’s educational projects.

Draft the plan related to the Higher Education Sprout Project, compiling all project data, and edit the Higher Education Sprout Project’s operating report as the first editor.

Carry out grant related matters, such as grants for obtaining professional certificates/licenses, peer learning groups, activities sponsored by a student association, etc.
Manage and rent teaching equipment and space.
Plan and upload TCU FAN TV programs.
Manage and supervise the fund related to the committee meeting of curriculum planning/student internship programs.
Update the Center and the Division’s website.
Print desk calendars.
Carry out matters related to the Division of Administrative Affairs.
