Grant for obtaining a professional certificate/license

To enhance students’ professional skills and knowledge, and better prepare them to meet requirements in the workplace, the University encourages them to obtain professional certificates/licenses.

  • What types of professional certificates/licenses are granted by the University?
    • See the appendix for the details. Regarding an English certificate/license, please contact the Foreign Language Center.
  • Application deadline?
    • Within three months after receiving a professional certificate/license or November 30, whichever comes earlier.

Applicants are required to read the University’s notification on collecting personal data before submitting their applications

  • Please submit your application to the Center for Faculty Development and Instructional Resources, which is located in Room L0605, 6th floor of Da-Ai Building, Main Campus
  • Who is eligible?
    • Tzu Chi University students
  • What type of expense will be granted?
    • Registration fee associated with taking a licensure examination
  • What is the maximum amount?
    • NT$ 4,000.
  • What are the required documents?
    • Application form
    • A copy of student ID card
    • Registration fee receipt
    • A copy of certificate/license
